620nm LED 5050 Red LED Super Bright Sanan

There have kinds of brightness level on these 5050 Red SMD LED. All this 5050 Red LED got the same power and same current, which is 0.2 Watt and 60mA. The size of chip can be 6 mil, 7 mil, 8 mil, 9 mil, 10 mil, 12 mil, 14 mil, ect. 

The stability is mainly up to the size of the chip, the bigger of the chip, the more stability LED got.

Most of 5050 SMD LED are used with the reflow soldering.  

• For all the SMD LED, like 5050 SMD LED, 2835 SMD LED, 3528 SMD LED, UV LED, Green SMD LED, Blue SMD LED ect. We suggest that:

- Reflow soldering should not be done more than two times.

- When soldering do not put stress on the LEDs during heating.

- After soldering, do not wrap the cirrcuit board.

- The LEDs can be soldered on place using the reflow soldering method.

- Occasionaly there is a brightness decrease cause by the influence of heat or ambient atmosph were during air reflow. It is recommend that the user use the notrogen reflow method.

- After complete slodering, the product should be handled after cooling.(required to be handled under 60℃)
