   As we know, through-hole LED can be packaged with different shape of lens. These oval LED is specifically designed for some LED bill board or some LED signs. Oval LED will have a 70 degree + 30 degree  wide viewing.  Blue diffused case make this LED emits soft and diffused, even when the LED didn't working, these LED still can be easy to distinguish the color. On the other hand, this blue LED got a two lead for the circuit, just need to pass the current through the LED pins, it will be light up. Which is easy to use by DIY LED project. This blue oval through-hole LED was largely used in LED indicator, LED bill board ect.
