  Wha is flashing SMD LED? Please check the picture as follow, there have a little tiny one black chip inside the SMD LED. That's the red LED chip, which is the most important part for the led. And then we connect it to current with gold wire. Beside, we also conntect it with the other small black squares. Then what's that? This is flashing LED then we will need a flashing IC inside to contorl the flashing. Then it will be a build in IC, which is make sure us can easy to get the flashing LED.
