There are some common laws:

Normally, the voltage of red led, yellow led and orange led is 1.9-2.4V. The voltage of blue led, green led and white led is 2.8-3.5V. The voltage of purple led (UV LED) is 3.0-3.6V. And the voltage of IR LED is 1.3-2.0V. 

When the current reached 20mA, the power of SMD LED will be 0.06W, when the current reached 30mA the power will be 0.1W, 60mA match 0.2W, 80mA match the 0.3W, 120mA match the 0.4W, 150mA match the 0.5W, 350mA match the 1W and 1000mA match the 3W. 

In fact, the power of Red SMD LED will changed by the LED itself's voltage when it's working.
