Far Red IR LED 1550nm 1500nm with 3014 SMD LED;

There have two kinds of 1550nm LED available in our factory, one for small power 0.2W and other one for 3W. In this 3015IRC-150L14I100, we produce it with small power chip of 1550nm wavelength inside. But it can also handle 100mA even it's a small power LED inside. 1500nm LED is far red LED, which is not common LED as 625nm LED. Far red LED are widely use in medical area. On the other hand, the emitting direction are able to adjust because there have two pads on the bottom and side of SMD LED. This 3014 SMD LED case are also available in other blue LED, green LED ect.
