1200nm LED can be package with different tpye of size. Such as SMD LED type with 2835 SMD LED case or 5050 SMD LED case, or through-hole LED Lamps with 5mm LED lamps or 3mm LED lamps. For LED lamps, we can also produce it with different viewing angle in same size of shape. For this 304IRC120L17I100, we produce it with 60 degree. Normally, the more narrower viewing angle, the longer radiation distance. The more wider viewing angle, the bigger radiation area at the same distance.
