SWIR are the short name of short wavelength infrared then we name those LED with short wavelength infrared as SWIR LED. And the picture as follow, 201FIRC105L14I100 are one of them. This is a IR LED that package with 2016 SMD LED frame. During the production, we put the big size of LED chip inside the package so that it can handle 100mA operation current and emits the wavelength in range of 1050-1100nm once we pass through the current to it. Small size offer a flexible application for this SMD LED, which make it easy to fit with different PCB.
