Far Infrared LED with 5mm Throuh-hole LED package; In this 503FIRC-105L14I100A20, we produce the 1050nm LED with through-hole LED type. Compare with SMD LED, 5mm LED Lamps will got more concentrated raditaion becuase of the epoxy lens. Look at the SMD LED, 5050 SMD LED, 3528 SMD LED, 2835 SMD LED or 5730 SMD LED. There are all flat top type, normally when we put the LED chip inside of the LED package, we will just cover and fill up the LED frame with epoxy so it can protect the LED chip inside. But in this case, the epoxy will just came with a flat top type. And check with 5mm LED, it's round top. When we produce the LED Lamps, we will put the LED frame to a mould that makes epoxy comes with 5mm size and round top. After that, the LED chip will be surrounded by epoxy. The epoxy will like a magnifier to increase the distance of radiation of IR LED.
