For a 65mm dc spur gear motor, it contains a 65mm*38mm gearbox and a Gearhead Dc Motor.Regarding the Gearmotor 12v Dc, we have about 6 gear ratios for option.

Stages refers to the numers of stages in the gearbox. For 65mm gearbox, it has at least 3 stages. According to the gears modules in each stage, it decide the gear ratios.

In the same stage, if the voltage and the driving motor speed is fixed, the biger the gear ratios, the lower the output speed is. The lower the output speed is, the bigger the rated torque is.
