• Q: What kind of motors can you provide?
• A: We can provide dc motor, dc gear motor including spur gear motor, planetary gear motor, worm gear motor; voltage, free load speed, rated speed, rated torque and size can be customized;
• Q: What is the delivery time for samples and mass production?
• A: For samples if we don't have material stock, delivery date 15-20days; if with stock, prodution date can be 3-5days;
• For mass production, normally arrange under schedule, the ealier your order is, the faster we will produce; in slack season delivery date is 30days; busy season we will need around 30-45days if quantity is large;
• Q: What spec. shall I provide before sample making?
• A: A good question! Pls kindly tell us spec. of voltage, free-load speed, rated speed, rated torque, size spec. or other special requirement; we will provide our best recommend to you;
• Q: Is there testing report or motor specification when I get the sample?
• A: Yes, we provide testing report and specification in PDF file after sample is ready;
