4-layer heavy copper circuit board, Base Material: FR4 TG170, shengyi S1000-2 material. copper thickneess inner-layer 3oz and outer-layer 3oz finished. surface treatment immersion gold 2-4u". Green soldermask. Finish board thickness 2.4mm. Min hole copper thickness 25um. 2-UP with routed & v-cut. E-test: 100%. 

We can do the surface treatment can be ENIG, HASL, LF-HASL, Immersion Tin,Immersion silver,Flash gold(Gold plating), OSP and etc.

The multilayer board is the product that we do most. 

Copper thickness can be: 1-10 oz Outer and 0.5-8 oz inner.
