Single side circuit board

Single side circuit board with LF-HASL surface treatment. 0.5 mm total board thickness, 30 up connected with v-cut. LF-HASL is also is also in line with RoHS environmental protection requirements. This is a kind of simple PCB board, which is usually used for low-end products such as keyboards, mouses, sockets, etc. 

For the single side board, we usually use FR4 material, but sometimes also can use CEM-3 or CEM-1 material. We can supply both samples and batches, and the delivery time is very fast
