Medium size and small volume PCB

This is Medium size and small volume PCB order. We are required to produce 3000 pcs. Total order area up to 91.66 square metres. Total cargo weight approximately 350kg. We completed production within 25 working days and delivered it smoothly to our German terminal customers.

The basic information for this batch order is as follows: 4 Layers rigid circuit board, base material FR4 TG140; green solder mask, white silkscreen; board thickness 1.6mm.  inner copper thickness 1oz and outer copper 1oz finished; surface treatment LF-HASL.  single size:152*201mm. and the min. hole copper thickness >20um.
