Multilayer rigid circuit board with edge plating, FR4 ITEQ-IT180(TG180) material. Immersion gold surface treatment. The copper thickness Inner and outer are both 1oz. Min.line width/line spacing is 0.08mm/0.08mm. Edge plating needed. Made in accordance with the IPC-2 standard.
