Single board with rails, connect with v-cut. 100% AOI and E-test.  L1-L2, L2-L3; L13-14,L12-13 laser drill and L3-L12 buried holes. Vias need to be filled with resin and copper cap.  With 50 ohm Single-terminal impedance and 100ohm differential impedance control.
