In general, the greater the molding pressure, the tighter the contact between the particles, which is advantageous for sintering. Different sintering atmospheres can have different effects on the sintering process of the ceramic, or promote sintering or hinder sintering. For example, a small amount of Al2O3 is doped into the ZnO powder, and the green body is sintered in an oxidizing atmosphere, and grain growth of ZnO is suppressed, and the crystal morphology is fine and uniform. On the contrary, after a small amount of Li2O is doped into the ZnO powder, the green body is sintered under a reducing atmosphere, and the ZnO crystal grains will grow rapidly, and finally the crystal grains may grow abnormally.
