Zirconia Ceramic Sleeve:

The zirconia gripper stops, and the fiber continues to relax for the set time T2 (i.e. timing 2). After the lower gripper continues to rise to the upper limit position, the fiber is stretched again. When the internal stress of the fiber is equal to the set pretension , the corresponding tensile value is the plastic deformation L3 of the fiber, and the lower gripper rises to the upper limit and stops automatically to end the test. Set the test parameters to select the elastic stretching function, and set the pre-tension, initial length, fixed elongation percentage, stretching speed, timing 1 (T1), timing (T2), test times, etc. 

Note: The percent elongation is relative to the initial length. Clamp the fiber according to the standard requirements, same as 9.3.1.2. Press the "stretch" key, the instrument will automatically test and display and print L1, L2, L3, L4 (total elasticity L4=L1-L3) and elastic power recovery rate W2/W1 (where W2 is the work done when the fiber recovers, W1 is the work done when the fiber is stretched to a given elongation value). When the set number of test roots is reached, the instrument displays or prints out the statistical values (X, S and CV) of L1, L2, L3, L4 and W2/W1. Other tensile properties tests

According to different test requirements, set different tensile functions and corresponding parameters on the instrument to test according to the above method, and other indicators reflecting the tensile properties of the fiber can be obtained.
