Machinable Glass Ceramic:

Glass ceramics are dimensionally stable. Normal ceramics undergo large volume shrinkage (40% to 50%) during drying or firing. This dimensional change is prone to deformation, and the size that occurs when glass is changed to glass ceramic. The change is small and controllable. The preparation process is simple. The glass ceramic can utilize the entire glass manufacturing process to form various complicated shapes.
The performance can be designed to cover a wide range of glass ceramics, and the heat treatment process can be controlled.
