4. QN-906: Two-component adhesive, high temperature resistance;
5. G-988: One-component room temperature vulcanized rubber, after curing, the elastomer has excellent waterproof, shockproof adhesive, high and low temperature resistance, if it is 1-2mm thick, it will be cured in about 10 minutes and basically cured in 5-6 hours , There is a certain strength. It takes at least 24 hours to fully cure. Single-component, no need to mix, just apply after extruding and let it stand without heating.
Preparation
There are many production methods for ABS, which can be divided into four categories: blending, grafting, combined grafting and blending, and there are about eleven preparation processes. Nowadays, the emulsion method is mostly used, and the emulsion graft method is the most promising. ABS can produce products of various specifications by changing the ratio of three monomers and adopting different polymerization methods. Its structure includes graft copolymers with 95 alumina tube elasticity as the main chain and graft copolymers with resin as the main chain. The ratio of these monomers is roughly in the range of acrylonitrile 25% to 35%, butadiene 25% to 30% and styrene 40% to 50%.
Because PC/ABS is a blend of two polymers and PC is the main component, markings sometimes appear at the gate when processing products, usually due to the expansion of the melt into the cavity during high-speed injection. Caused by melt fracture. Starting from the molding process, measures such as increasing the material temperature, increasing the nozzle temperature, and slowing down the injection speed can be taken to reduce the appearance of PC/ABS product markings.
