Alumina Ceramics:

Alumina ceramic twisting machine is a textile machinery equipment that twists multiple spun yarns into one. The function is to process the yarn or the combined yarn product into a linear product and a thread for weaving and knitting. It consists of the twisting machine body and the circuit part. The spindle outside the twisting machine body is connected to the motor output shaft of the circuit part. The front end of the spindle is provided with a connector and the like corresponding to the tap changer. The existing ceramic yarn guide wheel is installed on a metal rotating shaft for a long time, which easily causes the ceramic yarn guide wheel to be damaged and has a short service life. Therefore, we propose a ceramic yarn guide wheel for twisting machines. The utility model relates to a ceramic yarn guide wheel for a twisting machine, which comprises a ceramic guide wheel housing. A ceramic guide wheel installation hole is provided at a middle position of a front surface of the ceramic guide wheel housing. The ceramic guide wheel installation hole is arranged inside. There is a plastic protective sleeve, and a metal protective tube is provided inside the plastic protective sleeve. Anti-shedding baffles are provided at the front and rear ends of the plastic protective sleeve, and foldables are provided at the upper and lower ends of the anti-falling baffle. A fixed cover, a connecting hinge is provided at a connection between the foldable fixed cover and the anti-falling baffle, and a cover mounting protrusion is provided on a side of the foldable fixed cover near the ceramic guide wheel shell, the ceramic A cover plate mounting hole is provided on the guide wheel shell near the cover plate mounting protrusion, one end of the plastic protective sleeve is provided with a detachable connection sleeve, and the ceramic guide wheel shell is provided with a yarn groove.
