Alumina Ceramics:

Alumina ceramics have excellent mechanical properties and good impact strength, which can be used at extremely low temperatures. Even if the ABS product is damaged, it can only be tensile failure and not impact failure. ABS has excellent wear resistance, good dimensional stability, and oil resistance. It can be used for bearings under medium load and speed. The creep of ABS is larger than PSF and PC, but smaller than PA and POM. The bending strength and compressive strength of ABS are the poorest among plastics. The mechanical properties of ABS are greatly affected by temperature. ABS is an amorphous polymer and has no obvious melting point; the melt viscosity is high, the fluidity is poor, the weather resistance is poor, and ultraviolet rays can change the color; the heat distortion temperature is 70-107℃ (about 85), and the product can be Increase by about 10°C. It is sensitive to temperature and shear rate; ABS can still show a certain degree of toughness at -40℃, and can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃. ABS has good electrical insulation and is hardly affected by temperature, humidity and frequency, and can be used in most environments. ABS is not affected by water, inorganic salts, alkali alcohols and hydrocarbon solvents and various acids, but it is soluble in ketones, aldehydes and chlorinated hydrocarbons, and will cause stress cracking when corroded by glacial acetic acid and vegetable oil. Performance testing is to test various performance indicators of the system by simulating various normal, peak and abnormal load conditions through automated testing tools.
