The JX-300LED currently supports a maximum PWB size of 1200 mm, which meets the high demand for LED lighting equipment as well as medium to large-sized LCD backlights, standardly. By opting for additional features, it can accommodate PWBs up to 1500 mm—the largest capacity available in the industry. Furthermore, our proprietary laser sensor technology enables precise placement of light diffuser lenses—a technique that has recently gained traction in LCD backlight manufacturing—by accurately recognizing the boss and determining the correct orientation of the lens. Enhanced placement speed has been achieved through functional improvements, including advancements in conveyance methods.
