RB-300 Insulating Filling Compound for Cable
Application
RB-300 is a special filling compound for electric wires and cables.It can be filled between the copper and PVC outer sheath, it has the water resistance, insulation, flame retardant, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other advantages. It is the preferred filling material to improve performance and reduce cost and widely used in networking, security, communications, Harbour, marine and mining and other cable and wire which require high water resistance.
Feature
100% water blocking effect can be achieved at low temperature . It can remains soft at -40℃, does not drip at 80℃.It has good thixotropy, excellent oxidation resistance and long-term stability.
Compatibility
RB-300 is well compatible with high polymer material, and cable plastic material .But we recommend that the compatibility test should be done before polymer materials are in contact with the grease.
Manufacturability
RB-300 is designed for cold-filling process, avoiding the gap due to shrinkage of the ointment.
