Organic Silicone Potting Gel 

lApplication

This product is two-component silicone potting gel that can form a elastomeric rubber after curing at room temperature or in heating conditions.It is suitable for Lithium Battery Packing,LED products,electronic component and high-power element like Ignition Module Power Supply of Automobile.

lFeature

1.Low proportion , conducive to the lightweight of the product.

2.High thermal conductivity, excellent heat dissipation for high-power electronic components.

3.Superior weather resistance, anti-high temperature, electrical insulation, flame retardancy, anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging, low modulus, fast repair performance and strong impact resistance.

4.Low viscosity, good mobility, can penetrate into the small gap, with a good sealing performance .

5. With a faster overall curing speed, suitable for potting a large area.

lUse technology

1)Component A and component B should use special tools separately. Do not use the tools in mixture.

2)Separately stir component A and component B fully and evenly before using.

3)Mix according to A:B=1:1, and stir it over 15min to ensure the mixing uniformity of component A and B. Also can use electric mixer at low speed.

4) After mixing, deaerate the paste in vacuum equipment with 5min before potting.

5)The gel should be potted into the products ASAP after 4).

6)The higher temperature, the faster curing time. (The curing time can be adjusted according to customer's requirement )

lAttention

1.A/B component should be stored hermetically. To avoid waste, the mixed glue should be used up in one time.

2.This product is a non-dangerous goods, but should not be permitted to enter the eyes and mouth.

3.The sediment is allowed after the product has been stored for a long time. Please stir it uniformly before using .

4.The liquid glue will lose its solidification strength when it is exposed to the chemicals below:

(1)Organic compounds with N,P,S

(2)Ionic compounds with Sn,Pb,Hg,As,etc.

(3)Compounds with alkine and vinyl
