3. Design and Techniques for Evaporator
1) Internally-scraping ice-making mode
By this mode, ice blades scrap ice on the inner wall of the evaporator while the evaporator itself doesn`t turn round. In this way, it not onlylessens the energy consumptionas a whole but also ensures the normal supply of the refrigerant agent as well as substantially lowers the risk of refrigerant leakage.
2) SUS 316 Stainless Steel as Material
To guarantee the 12-year life span of our ice machines, the evaporator of our sea water flake ice machine is made of SUS 316 stainless steel to prevent corrosion.
3) Special Processing Technology
Iceups have imported a set of sophisticated equipments especially for welding, heat treatment, stress elimination, surface treatment and electric furnace, and accordingly developed our own unique technology of welding, heat treatment, stress elimination and surface treatment.
4) Water Circulation System
The water which flows down along the inner wall of evaporator will go into the water trough through the water pan at the bottom of the evaporator, and finally flows back into the water tank. In this way, there will be no water leakage from the bottom of the evaporator. No leakage, no lumping; the ice is definitely perfect
