We use uv flatbed printing technology on the acrylic board . The printed color will not be fade within five years , and it is waterproof . The printed graphic on the acrylic sign board will not be moved away like a sticker . We will do surface treatment on the acrylic board . so the ink will be enough strong adhere to the board . The thickness is 5 mm with transparent acrylic sheet . We do the die cutting on the large size acrylic board and then printing . We can print on the exact place with our mould .

White color is available on the clear acrylic sheet .

How to pack the printed acrylic signs  ?

1. if the size is small ( within one square meter ) , we will pack each piece with opp bag and 20-30 pieces in one export carton,and screws are packed separately .

2 if the image printed on the board directly ,then we will pack them with large size export carton with wooden outer side of the carton.

Sample cost and lead time 

If the size of the sample is within 122x244 cm , the sample cost is USD 50 with uv protect printing for 5 mm acrylic sheet 

the lead time is 2-3 days .

the sample cost can be returned against the order is over 1000 square meters.

Payment Term :

30% deposit in advance and 70% balance against ship with Bank Transfer , Western Union ,Paypal ,or Money Gram or L /C.
