Our carbon fiber sheet is manufactured from 100% genuine carbon fibre reinforcement in the autoclave for high-temperature and high-pressure forming, capable of giving full play to the strength and the elasticity modulus of carbon fiber, cured under heat and pressure to produce professional quality carbon sheets with a premium quality surface finish and low resin content. By manufacturing in-house we can supply the highest quality prepreg carbon fibre sheet available in custom sizes and thickness at the best possible price; a combination that has won us ongoing contracts supplying some of the biggest names in the field of medical, machine, sports, transportation, decoration and high tech industries, etc. Our factory has two auto-clave production lines: 1800*5200, 2400*4400, and the thickness can be done in 0.2mm-50mm. Our toray carbon panel quality can be compared with military products!

The regular size of the Full Carbon Fiber Board is 5.0*400*500mm.

A:Sample needs 1-3 days, mass production needs 10-15 days, also according to the order volume.
