Four Stations Smart SIM Card Punching Machine is designed for 2ff, 3ff, 4ff smart sim card punching process. This model of sim card punching machine has functions of color detection, overlap detection, card punching, quarter card punching, quarter card transporting and card collection. 

Every punching tool will be equipped with one waste material collecting box under it, to keep the punching machine clean. Every collecting box has one sensor to detect waste material, machine will make alert if it will be full.

1. It can optional punch single or double Multi-sim with half cut in one card.

2.  Suit for punching single chip, dual chips or four chips card, just change the mold. When punch half card, stamping or cutting can be chose.

5. Double cards detection function.

6. Card detection function makes sure the correct card direction when transfer. 

7. Special location design can punch different cards with special shapes.
