Full Auto RFID Flip Chip Mounting Machine

Full Auto RFID Flip Chip Mounting Machine is a model of Full Auto Roll Material RFID Flip Chip Mounter, which is designed for HF or UHF flip chip mounting, especially for IOT RFID industry. This equipment can deal with antenna while the width of antenna material is within 350 mm. It also integrates functions of roll antenna material auto feeding, auto pulling, auto glue dispensing and chip embedding, hot pressing, auto detecting and auto material collecting. While 8 inches WAFER is compatible. 

The flip chip part of machine adopts three cameras to correct the position of material and chips, which keeps the high precision of chip embedding process. Antenna attaching platform adopts latest microporous ceramic as the unitary attaching material, which greatly improves stability of equipment. 

Machine is controlled by IPC, with servo motor, lead rail, lead screw and granite structure which make sure it can fulfill needs of high requirement in stability. Hot presser adopts multiple groups hot pressing heads, while the flatness of each group hot pressing heads can be adjusted, the same as hot pressing pressure or temperature.
