Card Milling and Wire Pulling out Production Line is a model of dual interface card slot milling equipment for slot milling and wire pulling out, which adopts advanced laser technology for wire pulling out. Replace of traditional pulling method, this technology ensure the high precision and percent of pass.

Wire pulling out positioning is driven by servo motor and controlled by recognizing system, which ensure the high precision of positioning and wire pulling.

Card milling part adopts mature moving system and special design while it has been used in milling production line.

Milling station is controlled by servo motor. X-Y axis accuracy: ±0.01 mm, Z axis accuracy:  ± 0.01 mm and flatness accuracy:  ±0.02 mm.

High precision milling and pulling head guarantee the accuracy of milling and antenna pulling out processes, only in this way could keep coil away from damage.
