2 Chips Milling and Embedding Two in One Machine is used for smart card milling cavities and chips embedding, which adopts two milling heads, four hot pressers and 2 cold pressers. It can not only milling and embedding for two smart cards at the same time, but also can deal with one smart card or smart card with single chip.

Cards are transferred through belt driven by servo motor ensure the safety and stability of the machine.

The six welding heads double chips milling and embedding two in one machine is integration of card milling, module testing, laminating and module implanting functions.

Main function:

1. It can embed one chip, two chips or four chips in one standard card body.

2. Specialized fixture design for card centering system, protecting the milling depth from the influences of the card thickness and dimension.

3. The machine can embedding the small (6 pin) or big (8 pin) chip, just change the chip pinching mold, hot melt adhesive tape punching mold, press head and ATR.

4. Including four standard module milling programs fitting to different requirements with parameters modification conveniently.

5. X and Y the two separated milling stations can mill different profiles at the same time, or individually. It settles the difficult problem of adjusting the center place on two stations while milling.

6. Z-Axis moving is realized through guide and ball screw driven by high precision servo motor, to provide the accurate milling depth. Special tool changing program make tool changing is fast and convenient.

7. Depth detection device ensures the eligible rate during milling.

8. Film loading is controlled by servo motor with sensor detection. Faulty module can be distinguished automatically.

9. Special design and several press heats make a better lamination effort with fewer bubbles. It is easy to change hot press heats.

10. Servo motor working with high precision guider and lead screw makes module transfer more stable and reliable. Module transfer position can be changed easily.

11. Personalized software design makes the operation easy and simple.

12. ATR test system ensures qualified rate of embedding.
