Full Auto Smart Card Strip Chip Mounting Machine is mainly designed for strip chip punching and mounting process. Strip chip is punched by punching tool under cylinder driving, and suction platform will transport chips to designed position, finally the chip taking device will take chips onto smart card sheet material.

The glue dispensing device is driven by cylinder, while the distance between glue dispenser and chip mounting device.

Chip rejection collecting box will collect unqualified chips after detecting.
