Highly automation makes operation brief and simple, only need one operator to control the module mounting process, which helps users save lots of time and energy.
Features:
1. It is suitable for mounting bulk COB or cutting strip chips. The mounting process is controlled by the digital vibration feeder;
2. High efficiency with two working tables;
3. Fiber sensor detect good or bad chips, bad chips will be picked out and rejected;
4. Stable feeding with high precision vibrator and PLC;
5. It can mount chips on two sides of sheet through operating HMI;
6. It can be used for taping type or gluing type, which can be selected by HMI;
7. The direction of COB or IC can rotate 45/90 degrees.
8. Two working tables can running at the same time. Or only single working table running;
9. It suits for different layouts, and can produce two different layouts at the same time. (Such as: one layout is 3*8, the other layout is 5*5);
10. It is easy otload plastic sheet and easy to adjust;
11. Unique module correction design ensure accurate location;
