Dual Interface Card Chip Embedding Machine

Dual Interface Card Chip Embedding Machine is used to punch chip strip and embed chips on dual interface card. The dual interface card chip embedding equipment will be equipped with three accessory machine: laser machine, water cooler and dust vacuum sweeper. The laser machine is used for chip and card base welding process, which performs better than traditional hot welding method.

The testing function can test the contact and contactless card at the same time, the broken cards will be got rid of and the good cards collect to the collection box.

Features:

1. The strip module feeding automatically, and monitor by sensor.

2.  The chip dispensing the tin automatically, high-accuracy controller controls the quantity of the tin.

3.  The tin milling group milling the needless tin to ensure the quality of welding, the waste will be taken away by the suction machine

4.  The chip glue welding automatically which controlled by PLC.

5.  The strip chip glue welding derived by the cylinder with positioning needle to finish stepping, and monitor by fiber.

6.  Punching the strip chip automatically, the cylinder drives the high precision mold to punch the chip, the waste material collecting automatically.

7.  Welding platform use rotating turntable type to weld the chip and the wire, which platform have servo positioning and the mechanical structure fixing to ensure the repeating precision of rotating turntable.

8.  The belt drive by servo system to make the card and chip (finished welding) convey synchronously.

9.  The wire feeding automatically, and with monitor for wire feeding status, machine supply the wire auto to ensure the steady feeding.

10. The servo motor driving the laser welding head to finish the connection of wire and the welding point, there is a screen to show the welding position which convenient to monitor the welding effect.
