Personalized DOD Printing Machine Encoder

It integrates different functions, such as UV print, UID number read, magnetic stripe encoding, M1 card password change and data writing, etc. DOD printed content: one-dimensional code, two-dimensional code, drug regulatory code, security anti-fake code, pictures, personalized number, text, serial number, database, read card UID number, etc.

WORKING PROCESS

Card feeding → UID Number of ID/M1 Card reading and the data of M1 card writing → Data base file for magnetic encoding → Plasma surface treatment → UV printing → UV solidification → Labeling → OCR identification→ Bad card rejection → Good card collecting

UV Print (For one side or both sided of card can be selected)

2. The printed two-dimensional code information can include website,LOGO and pictures;

Read UID Number 

1. Module frequency:125K Hz,13.56M Hz;

2. Module communication protocol: ISO 15693,14443A/B;     

3. Working speed:6000 cards/hour;

4. The software can be set to read UID in different ways(e.g. positive 10 digit,negative 10 digit,WG26,WG34,ABA+WG26,positive 8 digit,negative 8 digit.)

5. The read number can be saved in file ways.

Magnetic stripe encoding

1. Magnetic reactance: 300oe-2750oe;

2. Magnetic writing density: 201 DPI,75DPI/210DPI,210 DPI;

3. Processed magnetic tracks: track 1,track 2,and track 3,HICO/LOCO adjustable;

4. The magnetic encoding unit has one magnetic writing head and one magnetic reading head for data proofreading;

5. Production Speed:7000 cards/hour;

6. The software can be set to print the card surface with the same data for magnetic stripe encoding or with the different database file data.The printed content can also be the data from any magnetic track;

7. Skip bad card number option is available.And rite magnetic data can be converted into bar code for printing purpose.

M1 Card password change and data writing

1. The processed chip type:S50\S70\Fudan\Kunrui;

2. The initial passwords in 40 sectors can be changed;

3. M1 card single block data writing can be in three ways:decimal,hexadecimal,and ASCLL code;

4. Read and write data can be converted into seven formats to be sent to printer,for example:positive 10 digit,negative 10 digit,WG26,WG34,ABA+WG26,8-digit positive,8-digit negative;

5. It can write or change the data in a number of blocks in one time;

6. Automatice bad card skip option is available;

7. Working speed:3000-4000 cards/hour.    

OCR Data Detection

1.     Digital number identification which compare with data base file.

2.     Barcode recognition which compare with data base file.

3.     Identification error, reject the bad card and keep record.

4.     Working speed: ≥10000 cards/h.

Labeling  

1.     Material feeding by servo system, feed data can be set.

2.     Photoelectric sensor positioning which ensure high precision labeling.

3.     The width of labeling can be adjusted.
