Card Double Cutting Trimming Collating Machine is the new generation of smart card trimming machine with more functions. It is used for trimming the edges of laminated sheet material, which is integration of positioning function by camera with high precision, auto sheet material feeding function and collecting function. 

Besides, it could realize trimming two sheet material at the same time, which double enhances the working efficiency.

Two collecting devices complete the two sets of card trimming production line. The two sets of production line share one material supply device, but they work independently and synchronously.

1.Two material feeding devices share one material supply position. Suctions on two transporting device will convey sheet material alternately.

2. Two working platforms for rotating and cutting sheet material, which save much more time and improve working efficiency.

3. Electrical eyes detect material feeding and collecting process, if material runs out or collecting device is full, machine will stop working automatically and make alert.
