Smart Card PVC location Spot Welding Positioning Machine is used for PVC collating, and welding before Inlay laminating process. This model adopts advanced ultrasonic welding technology to weld. The welding pressure and time are both adjustable, meanwhile the welding point is flat which guarantees laminating quality. This model of welding machine has the brief structure and is easy to operate and maintain, which not only increases lifespan of welding machine but also ensure the high working efficiency.

Table makes of glass and with light inside, which make sure the positioning of material.

Time of welding is controlled by the timing relay, convenient for setting.
