Smart Card Coil Winding and Welding Machine is a model of coil winding and welding equipment with highly automation under the precise program. For instance, the productivity of this production equipment can be set before coil winding or welding processes; and this equipment will record amount of output, it will stop working while the productivity reaches the setting value.

Hot wind fusing system also can be adjusted, users can adjust the temperature, time and so on parameter before producing process, which is for better welding quality.

Main function:

1. The machine consist of wire winding group, wire storing group, wire clamping group, wire cutting group, coil transferring group, module feeding group, module welding group, collecting group.

2. It can wind different shapes of coils, which heating and fusing wire at the same time.

3. The outer diameter and the number of turns of the coil are optional.

4. The module is feed by high precision vibrator.

5. Use double pulse current inverter welding machine to weld the module and the coil.

6. Collect coils automatically after welding.

7. Main control system: PC+ high precision servo system +HMI, parameters and program can be saved and called freely.

8. The output rate can be recorded. When the output rate reaches to the Pre-set value, machine can stop automatically. Running cycle and total running time will be displayed on the HMI.
