Liquid Metal Spectacles Temples

There are many advantage when liquid metal is used in Eyewear industry:
1. Complex structure can be formed; liquid metal can be formed like plastic, but it owns the character of stainless steel; dimensional tolerance is less than 0.03mm. Does not Shrink like other metals during the production process.  
2.Hardness character: 2 times harder than stainless steel, scratch resistance is more than 6H (pencil hard); 
3. Strength character: 3 times strength more than stainless steel, 2 times strength more than titanium alloy; can keep its shape when force removed; 
4. Multiple surface treatment can be implemented. Such as coating/ plating/ etching/ laser color marking.
5.Radiation resistance;
6. Bacteria growing resistance;

Temples made of Liquid metal usually have quite accurate dimensions than normal metal/TR materials, because Liquid metal does not shrink apparently so as other traditional  metals during the production processing. Compare with 6% of Magnesium Alloy, 5.5% of Aluminum Alloy and 4.5% of Zinc Alloy, the Shrinkage rate of Liquid meta is the lowest of 3.5%. Components made from liquid metal materials are extremely hard, but at the same time very elastic, which leads to very good recovery behavior. In a word, liuqid metal parts compare to traditional metals is stronger, lighter and more durable.
