ANATASE TIO2 WHITE MASTERBATCH  W6070-A

 White Masterbatch W6070-A , as  the high- concentration white masterbatch, the  Anatase TiO2 content is as high as 70%, nnot include any Calcium Carbonate filler.  The Anatase TIO2  White Masterbatch W6070-A is  made of Saudi Arab imported virgin LLDPE carrier 6201 and China made high quality Anatase Titanium, adding some chemical lubricant additives. The Anatase TiO2 White Masterbatch W6070-A has excellent dispersion and opacity, smooth surface finish, wide compatiabilities.  The White Masterbatch W6070-A are suitable for  the in-door using  PE and PP plastic blowing film and injection products, molding and extrustion pipe, compressing sheet so on.

TiO2 (Anatase)                   70%,

Virgin LLDPE                     20%

CaCO3 (1,000mesh)           0%

Wax and Additive:              10%

Appearance:.2.5*3.5mm column/ or round white pellet, no polish

Compatiabilities of White Masterbatch W6070-A

It compatiable with LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS so on.

Usage: Mixing with materials evenly before production, no need to pre-drying.

Dosage: suggested 1-3%.
