30% TiO2 White Masterbatch

WHITE MASTERBATCH  W6030

As one middle grade of white masterbatch, the White Masterbatch W6030 have the same formulas, but different ingredients content proportions.  White Masterbatch W6030 is also made of Saudi Arab imported virgin LLDPE carrier,  China made high quality Rutile Titanium with calcium carbonate filler, including some chemical lubricant additives.  White Masterbatch W6030  has 30% Rutile type Titanium powder, 40% calcium carbonate filler, good dispersion and reasonable opacity.  White Masterbatch W6030 is  suitable for  PE plastic blowing film and injection products, extrustion pipe, not not suitable for high requirments end- products.  It is one well-sold white masterbatch for low and middem applications.

Ingredients of White Masterbatch W6020:

TiO2 (Rutile)                     30%,

Virgin LLDPE                     20%

CaCO3 (1,000mesh)           40%

Wax and Additive:              10%

Appearance:.2.5*3.5mm column/ or round white pellet, no polish

Compatiabilities of White Masterbatch W6030

It compatiable with LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS so on.

Usage: Mixing with materials evenly before production, no need to pre-drying.

Dosage: suggested 4-10%.
