Anda black masterbatch 6012 is made of the recycle PE as carrier and M8300 carbon black, and 600 mesh CaCO3 calcium carbonate filler and PE wax additives. carbon black percentage 18%. applicable for thermal poly resin injection, extrusion, granulation/ compounding, pressure sheet, Not recommended for blowing films or other film products with high performance requirements.

Black 6012 is designed for use in LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE.
Method of Usage
Black 6012 is designed for ease of dispersion and is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer,avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.
Recommended Dosage
1-7% subjected to the final products requirements.
