10% CB Filler Black Masterbatch 6003
Made by the single screw-extruder machine, the 10% CB Filler Black Masterbatch 6003 has the lowest carbon black content, highest calcium carbonate filler, the cheapest price advantage. The 10% CB Filler Black Masterbatch is mostly used as the filler black masterbatch with low requirements injection and extrusion, or compounding, or used for very low quality blowing film. As filler black masterbatch or compounding, its dosage could be as high as 4-20%. The 10% CB Filler Black Masterbatch is prohibited to use for high requirements production, it could affect the final products performance and finish.

Black 6003 is compatialbe with LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE.
Method of Usage
Black 6007 is direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer, it effectly avoids pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.
Recommended Dosage
4-20% subjected to the final products requirements.
