46% CB High MFI Black Masterbatch

Co-Extrusion Blown Black Masterbatch

The 46 %CB Black Masterbatch B8203 contents the highest carbon black as one blowing film grade masterbatch, does not have content any filler, has high MFI, suitable for high speed blowing film production and co-extrusion blown film production.  The Co-Extrusion Blown Black Masterbatch B8203 is made with virgin polyethene carrier and  high tint power carbon black (ZY-1) and some chemical additives,  polished  by PE wax, have shiny surface and finish, the MFI is as high 60  gram/10 mintues 21.6kg &190 Cdegree. The 46% CB Black Masterbatch B8203 does not have any odor smell, compatiable with polyethene and polypropylene materials.

This Black Masterbatch has excellent dispersion, with high grade black concentration, can be used for three-layer co-extrusion film. Compatible with various material PE/HDPE/LDPE/PP/ABS/AS/PS.

Method of Usage
The 46%CB Black Masterbatch B8203 has excellent dispersion ability and  is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer,avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.

Recommended Dosage
1-3% subjected to the final products requirements.

Packaging And Storage
The 46% CB Black Masterbatch B8203 is supplied in pellet form and packed in 25kg plastic or paper bags.It should be stored in a dry place.
