Description

The 30% Carbon Black black masterbatch 8030B is one of the most popularly sold product in Anda products lists,  competitive price and universal applications, has its advantages in the China and oversea market. The 30% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch 8030B contents transparent recycle PE as carrier,  high tint strength carbon black (M8200)  as color, and super fine CaCO3 as filler, some chemical additives as lubricant, polished  by PE wax for the shiny surface and finish.  The 30% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch is suitable for use in  blowing films with common performance and  requirements, such as rubbish/garbage bags, extrustion pipe production. it is not recommended for ultra-films or other film products with high performance requirements. The 30% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch  does not have any odor smell, compatiable with polyethene materials.

Compatiable Applications
The 30% Carbon Black Black Mastebatch 8030B is compatible with LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE.

Method of Usage
The 30 % Carbon Black Black Masterbatch 8030B has good dispersion ability and  is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer,avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.

Recommended Dosage
2-4% subjected to the final products requirements.

Packaging And Storage
