SUS303 is austenitic type of stainless steel with easy cutting, rustless, wear-resistant burn resistant, in order to improve the performance of the SUS303 stainless steel parts, can be added not more than 0.60% molybdenum in the stainless steel. 303 stainless steel rod has good machinability, good surface finish and resistance to burning, corrosion resistance. The mechanical properties of SUS303 stainless steel parts after annealing stress relief, the resistant of tensile strength 515MPa, yield strength 205MPa, elongation 40%. Standard 303 stainless steel rod hardness HRB 90-100, HRC 20-25. SUS303 stainless steel parts is suitable for the machining of automatic lathe, computer accessories, bolts, nuts, shaft parts, conveyor belt. SUS303 stainless steel parts is also used to make parts requiring hot forging, because under such conditions, the 303 stainless steel has good hot workability.
