Custom CNC Machining POM Plastic Material Products
POM plastic products deformation is mainly caused by several factors:
1. Clamping deformation, POM material unlike steel, clamping will produce deformation, rough CNC machining POM then loosening, the POM plastic products will back to its original state.
2. Thermal deformation. A lot of heat is produced during CNC machining POM, and POM material is very sensitive to heat, resulting in deformation.
3. Elastic deformation, POM material toughness is very good, when CNC machining POM, the POM plastic products will produce elastic deformation, after the tool leaves, POM plastic products will recover a certain amount of deformation.
