The Ultem machined components material is a non crystalline, high-performance polymer. The mechanical properties, long-term heat resistance, dimensional stability and chemical stability of Ultem machined components are similar to those of other aromatic PI and many aromatic heterocyclic polymers at room temperature and high temperature, but Ultem machined components excellent molding machining performance is the latter can not be compared. Ultem machined components also exhibit outstanding flame retardancy and low smoke emission, in the market, it is highly competitive with high performance thermoplastic polymers such as PES and PPS.

 5 Tolerance: 0.01mm. Minority size: 0.005mm. The measuring instrument can measure the dimension precision: 0.01mm.
