Our custom custom industrial machinery tools are for a wide range of customers in heavy equipment, agriculture, mining, appliance, aircraft-aerospace and automotive industries. We work with our customer, as a team, to develop a workable concept and then follow the custom industrial machinery tools project to a 100% completed engineered design.  Our Engineering department specializes in designing large to small custom industrial machinery tools, holding fixtures and many other specialty tools / gages with optional manual, hydraulic or pneumatic clamping. Fixtures can be integrated with robotics when necessary.

Laser-printing, clear/ black anodizing, zinc plating, chrome plating, electroplating and nitriding are common treatments in SGI factory.
