SMC insulation sheet is a high-performance insulation material composed of glass fiber-reinforced plastic and special resin. It has excellent insulation performance, mechanical strength, and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in the fields of power, electronics, communication, and transportation.
SMC insulation Sheet Performance Characteristics:
1. High strength and light weight: It has high mechanical properties with bending strength ≥170 MPa and impact strength ≥90 KJ/m², and a density of only 1.75~1.95 g/cm³, which is 30%~50% lighter than metal. It is suitable for scenes that need to bear weight and reduce weight (such as automotive parts and power equipment).
2. Excellent electrical performance: The normal insulation resistance reaches 1.0×10¹³ Ω, and it still maintains 1.0×10¹² Ω after immersion in water, the arc resistance time is ≥180 seconds, and the flame retardant grade reaches FV0 level (UL94 standard), ensuring the safe operation of high-voltage switchgear, meter box and other equipment.
3. Strong environmental resistance: It is resistant to acid, alkali and salt corrosion, with a heat deformation temperature of ≥240℃, a water absorption rate of ≤20 mg, good dimensional stability, and is suitable for harsh environments such as chemical industry and ships.
